No, we do not offer solo rooms. If you prefer to stay in a condo in Makati, we have available units, either unfurnished, partially furnished or fully furnished / 1 or multiple bedrooms, that you may like to view. Inquire with the Landlady In-Charge for more details.
How many per room?
Our rooms are designed to accommodate 6 persons per room with adequate space to move around. We are strict with having a good ratio/mix of day and night shifts in a room. Please visit us to see if we are the right lodging for you.
Is there a toilet and bath (T&B) inside the rooms?
Our Lilac room is equipped with its own bathroom. For tenants who would not like to be disturbed at any point of time during their sleep due to opening of bathroom doors, our Carnation room is a better choice.
How safe is the place?
The Boarding House is inside a gated lot. The gate itself has a lock. The main door and your closet are also equipped with locks so yourself and personal belongings are safe with us.
Are the rates inclusive of water and electric bills?
No, our rates do not include basic water and electricity. Basic water includes toilet & bath, purified drinking water, use of kitchen and once a week laundry. Basic electricity includes light, cellphone charging and once a week ironing. There is extra charge for additional appliances brought in. Please inquire with the Landlady for exact pricing.
What is the exact address? And how do I get there?
We are located in Bgy. Olympia, Makati City. Please set an appointment with us for viewing and reservation. We are only one jeepney ride away from Ayala, Makati Avenue and Guadalupe.
How do we reserve? Is there a reservation fee?
Yes, you need to reserve a slot in the Boarding House. Our reservation fee is Php 1000. This can be used as part of your 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance upon moving in. Please make sure that you have read the contract prior to signing as this fee can be forfeited if you back out or fail to pay on your move-in date. Please contact us for reservations and/or clarifications.
Am I required to submit any documents or ID's for securing a slot in the Boarding House?
Yes, please bring photocopies of your Company ID, NBI Clearance, any Government Issued ID such as your SSS ID, Driver's License, Passport.
What is "1 month security deposit and 1 month advance"?
The 1 month security deposit is used to deduct any additional expenses incurred by the tenant i.e. damage of property, unsettled bills. The 1 month advance is used for your first month's stay in the Boarding House i.e. Your stay with us starts on January - your 1 month advance is used for your stay on January. "1 month" referred to here is the regular monthly rate as indicated in your contract. The 1 month security deposit and 1 month advance should be given upfront upon move in.
Can we cook and do our laundry?
Yes, we allow cooking i.e. instant noodles, soups but please NO FRYING or anything that uses cooking oil. We also provide a Laundry Area so you can freely wash your clothes and hang them by our Drying Area. Hangers are also available, however, they are specifically intended for communal use so please return them back to their proper storage so others can use them as well.
Does it include the mattress?
Yes, the mattress is already provided. There is a Move-In Kit available with the landlady which includes bedsheet, blanket, pillow case and pillow for sale at Php 550.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
We are not providing air-conditioners as of the moment.
